Inner Loop Club Members will have the opportunity to taste 2 experimental new beers that we are currently brewing on one of our small systems. We will discuss our recipe formulation and evaluation processes. Then, following our structured \"sensory evaluation\" procedures, Club Members will assist us in judging these experimental beers. We will seek your input and feedback on aroma, flavor, mouthfeel and overall impression, to help us perfect and finalize the recipes. We plan to scale up one of these experimental beers and do a full brew for release in the Spring, and Inner Loop Club Member\'s will participate in the development process for this future release.
